THE GETTING PREGNANT BIBLE > BREAKTHROUGH INFORMATION FOR WOMEN TRYING TO CONCEIVE
By Christena Williams
If you are anything like me, you are having trouble trying to conceive. You may have already had some tests done, or you may just be wondering why nature is not taking the normal course.
Trying to conceive with no results is incredibly frustrating! Having trouble getting pregnant is not something you ever think about when you imagine yourself with children
My husband and I got married when we were in our late 20s. We decided that we wanted to have a child right away, and spent the first six months of our marriage trying to conceive. We had plenty of sex and a lot of optimism.
We thought it would happen, and didn't give much thought to the fact that it might not happen
There are many things you need to know when you are trying to trying to conceive. Getting pregnant does not happen for everyone easily. Everyone has a different body chemistry that can cause them to get pregnant without even trying to conceive, while others have different things that might be wrong causing it to be a little harder for them to get pregnant. If you are having trouble trying to conceive, do not worry it can still happen for you. Here I will go over some of the tips for conceiving to help you conceive.
First, you need to know that even in young very fertile and healthy couples the chances of them trying to conceive in a certain month is only 20%. In most cases it can take from 5 to 6 months for a fertile couple to conceive. Studies have shown that 1 in 6 couples have problems trying to conceive a baby when they first start trying.
Infertility is one of the factors that come into play. It is not just the women that can have an infertility issue. In fact up to 40% of men are infertile and in some cases both the men and women have a fertility issue. Do not be alarmed if you fall into this category. There are proven methods that you and your partner can do to reverse infertility and help when you are trying to conceive a baby.
Having sex at the right time of the month will help increase your chances when trying to conceive. Knowing when you are going to ovulate is a key to this point. Ovulation prediction kits can help you determine when it is the right time for you. This varies from woman to woman. Also, the sperm count and quality can play a key roll when you are trying to conceive a baby.
Also, you and your partner should stay away from smoking, alcohol, caffeine and drugs because these will all reduce your chances of conceiving.
These tips for trying to conceive are just the tip of the iceberg. My friend, Lisa Olson, thought she was infertile but she proved the doctors wrong in their diagnosis by having two healthy children even in her 40s. She was able to get pregnant within 2-4 months naturally.
