BABY GENDER > BOY OR GIRL, NATURALLY PICK YOUR BABY GENDER
By Ashley Spencer

To be able to choose baby gender prior to conception, one might think that it requires special visits to the doctor's office or injections or medications that will manipulate a woman's body into producing the gender of baby a couple desires. Many people scrutinize this form of baby gender selection process and deem it to be unethical and messing with the powers that be.

However, there are all-natural methods to baby gender selection that will allow a couple to choose baby gender and it does not require any medications, injections, douches, or special trips to the doctor's office. These methods are quite easy and only require a woman to change her daily routine. Dependent on the woman, these changes could be minor, or they could take a little more work.

You can pick whether you conceive a boy or girl by following the same methods I learned. These are some of the most important factors to having a girl or a boy:

1. The Food You Eat - The diet your choose to eat can play a big role it what baby gender you have. For example, maintaining a daily calorie intake LESS than 2,000 calories and choosing foods rich in magnesium will assist a couple in conceiving a girl. So eating lots of greens like spinach is a good idea. However, maintaining a calorie intake of at LEAST 2,000 if not more, and choosing foods rich in potassium and sodium will assist a couple in conceiving a boy. Eating fruits like bananas and also potato skins are great sources of potassium.

2. Ovulation Timing - Knowing when a woman ovulates is very key to achieving the baby gender you desire. It is known that female sperm are slow swimmers but live longer than male sperm, but male sperm swim faster. Knowing this fact and knowing when a woman will ovulates is vital when deciding the best time to have intercourse. For example, if you want to have a baby girl as your baby gender , you will want to have intercourse about 3 to 4 days PRIOR to ovulation. Why is this? Simple, though female sperm swim slower, they last longer. So, chances are, they will still be swimming around when the woman ovulates giving a higher chance of female sperm fertilizing the egg. However, if you want a baby boy as your baby gender, you simply have sex closer to the time of ovulation, if not the day of. Since males are faster swimmers, chances are they will get to the egg quicker than the female sperm and fertilize it.

3. Intercourse Position - Yet another key element to pick your baby gender. Knowing the information regarding ovulation and female/male sperm, intercourse position can be key in helping to assist in which baby gender is conceived. Choosing positions or styles that allow sperm to be deposited as close to the egg as possible, will enable the male sperm to travel a shorter distance to the egg and since they are faster swimmers, chances are, they will get their first, fertilizing the egg and producing a baby boy.

Those were just some of the key elements and choosing your baby gender tips. When I wanted to choose baby gender, it was because I had a house full of boys and wanted to give my husband his little girl
